Check your own brand
Enter your brand and the category you compete in. We ask ChatGPT the questions a buyer in your category would type, without naming you, and check whether the answer names you. That is the test: does the assistant name your brand unprompted? No email needed for this first step.
What AI answers say about each sector.
Each sector report starts from the answers ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity and Grok gave to category questions that never named a brand, and shows which brands those answers put forward.
Boeing
Airbus
Lockheed Martin
RTX
Northrop Grumman
General Dynamics
Aerospace & DefenseIn AI answers about aerospace, Boeing is the reference point and defense trust rests on scale.
Across five benchmark questions on safety, trust, scrutiny, sustainability and employers, the assistants keep coming back to Boeing and Airbus for commercial questions and to a familiar group of U.S. primes for defense. The answers often decline to name a single winner, and press coverage of these companies follows different storylines than the answers do.

Consumer Packaged GoodsAI answers about consumer goods cast Unilever, PepsiCo and Nestlé as both sustainability leaders and offenders
Ask an AI assistant who is most sustainable or most ethical in packaged goods, and the same big names come back. Ask who has the worst environmental record, and many of them come back again. The answers say little about who is healthiest, and the press is covering something else.

Energy & UtilitiesIn AI answers on energy, oil majors draw the scrutiny and NextEra draws the clean-transition credit
Across five benchmark questions that never named a company, the same few oil majors surfaced mainly when the question was about environmental records or ESG, while NextEra Energy carried the clean-transition question. Trade and watchdog sources sat behind those answers, and the PeakMetrics news index shows a mostly financial press story that the answers barely reflect.

Cross-sector visibility leaderboard.
Every measured brand, ordered by visibility: the share of sampled answers that named it. This says nothing about how a brand was described. Each sector rests on 25 answers, so one answer moves a brand by 4 points. Treat close positions as ties.
The 12 most-named brands across every sector
Visibility is the share of that sector's sampled answers that named the brand. Figures beside each bar are appearances out of answers.

What this measures
The questions never name a brand, so an appearance means the model volunteered it. Every figure was computed ahead of time and is dated; loading a page does not run a model.
Measured September 28, 2026. This is a snapshot, not a ranking or a trend. Live model answers vary between runs: in one test, the same brand went from 40% to 30% to 70% visibility across three runs of the same benchmark questions.
This free check asks the same 5 assistants the paid AI Perceptions product benchmarks (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity and Grok), on the same models, with web search on. Each question was asked once per assistant. It is refreshed periodically, not daily.
It records whether a brand surfaced in an answer and which domains the answer cited. It does not score how favorably a brand was described. The paid platform tracks Favorability daily across all five providers.
