What to Expect when you apply

We don't believe in 6-round interview gauntlets. We also don't believe in a 15-minute gut-check and a handshake. We've designed a process that's efficient, thorough, and respectful of your time - because we want you to make a good decision too.

  1. 1. The Vibes Call (~30 min)

    A casual conversation to meet each other. We will tell you more about the role and the company. You tell us about yourself. No trick questions. No prep required.

  2. 2. The Skills Conversation (~60 min)

    We get into the actual work. Expect questions relevant to the role, maybe a brief practical exercise depending on the position. This is where we dig into how you think.

  3. 3. The Team Chat (~45 min)

    Meet the people you would be working with day-to-day. Less formal. More 'would we actually like working together?' energy.

  4. 4. Meet the Founders (~30 min)

    A conversation with Nick and/or Bobby. We want you to know who built this and why and they want to know you.

That's it. Four steps, real conversations, quick turnaround. We'll keep you informed at every step.
