The claim concerned a circulated image said to show Hun Manet, Cambodia’s new prime minister, with a portrait of Ho Chi Minh in his office. Fact Crescendo Cambodia reports that its investigation found the image had been digitally changed: the actual photograph of the office showed portraits of Cambodian royal family members behind the desk, not Ho Chi Minh. To check the image, the review says it used Google Reverse Image Search. It found an image of the same form and shape in Hun Manet’s office on his official Facebook page, posted August 24, 2023. The accompanying Khmer text was translated in the review as “The first day in the office. New things.” The review also points to a photograph of Hun Manet in his new office at the Peace Palace published by Fresh News that evening. The review’s comparison of the circulated image with the office photographs is the decisive evidence: it identifies the royal-family group portrait as the image actually present and says the versions shared online had been altered. The claim therefore misrepresented what was displayed in the office.

The claim concerned a collage circulated as showing Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath in an intimate pose with a woman. FACTLY reports that the images were screengrabs from a scripted comedy video and that the man shown was not Adityanath. The article places the post amid social-media discussion of Rajinikanth bowing to Adityanath, but identifies the collage’s attribution—not that separate discussion—as the claim it checked.
