It also says the parachute jump was published by the Daily Mail in 2016, further placing the footage years before the October 2023 conflict. The key distinction is between the video’s actual provenance and the event the social-media caption attached to it. The review’s evidence identifies the clip as footage of a 2016 US military parachute jump, so it does not support presenting that clip as an Israeli attack on Hamas in 2023.
