آیا روحانی دو تابعیتی است؟

Publisher’s rating: بنابراین می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که قرائن و شواهد مورد اشاره نمایندگان مجلس، خیلی دور از ذهن نیست به این معنا که نه شخص روحانی، بلکه خانواده او تابعیت انگلستان را اخذ کرده باشند و خود او نیز در مقطعی مجوز اقامت دائم در انگلستان را دارا بوده باشد. در این حالت روحانی از حقوق سیاسی خود در ایران، به‌عنوان تنها کشوری که تابعیت آن را داشته، محروم نبوده و می‌توانسته از حق انتخاب شدن در انتخابات ریاست جمهوری استفاده کند و کرسی‌های کلیدی خود را در نظام جمهوری اسلامی، حفظ کند. ولی پاسخ قطعی به این ادعا، همان‌طور که اعضای کمیته تحقیق و تفحص می‌گویند یا به اراده دولت بریتانیا ممکن است یا اعتراف شخص حسن روحانی و خانواده‌اش.

The claim concerns a reported French demonstration in June 2018, said to involve 200,000 people demanding repeal of same-sex marriage law. The investigation found no such large protest in France that month. It traced the report to a demonstration held on 16 October 2016, so presenting that event as a new June 2018 protest gave readers a misleading impression of when it happened. To check the date, the Taiwan FactCheck Center searched for French anti-same-sex-marriage protests and found related reporting about demonstrations in 2016 and 2013, but none about one in 2018. It also checked the report’s image and video: the image had been posted on La Manif Pour Tous’s Facebook page on 17 October 2016, and the video had been uploaded to YouTube on 16 October 2016. The report’s references to President François Hollande and an election six months away also fit the 2016 chronology, not June 2018. The 200,000 figure was the organizers’ estimate, not an independently established crowd count. The review cited several news organizations reporting a police estimate of 24,000, while the organizers claimed 200,000. It therefore found the report incomplete on attendance as well as misleading about the event’s timing. The review also noted that the original online story had first appeared in October 2016 and that the outlet later said a website setting had caused its display date to show a modification date instead of the publication date.

But while the Senate was able to ratify the measure during the morning session, it was sidelined in the House of Representatives as legislators scrambled to oust House Speaker Pantaleon Alvarez in favor of former president and now Pampanga Representative Gloria Macapagal Arroyo. Advertisement Chief Peace Adviser Jesus Dureza said: "The BOL suffered this temporary setback, as a 'collateral damage' to an internal leadership issue in the House but I trust and expect that in due time, the ratification which it deserves, will take place as a matter of course." As of Wednesday morning, July 25, both houses had ratified the Bangsamoro Organic Law. It awaits signature by the President.

Publisher’s rating: The Consultative Committee on July 17 released the final version of its draft constitution which already incorporated the changes President Rodrigo Duterte asked for during their meeting. The current attempt at charter change seeks to revise the entire 1987 Constitution to make way for federalism. Before Duterte, previous presidents had already attempted to change the constitution but failed for various reasons. There are still many groups and individuals doubting the moves for change. Retired Supreme Court (SC) justice Vicente Mendoza explained that while the Constitution may have its flaws, now is not the time to change it as partisanship runs thick.
