Fact Crescendo Cambodia found that the photo claiming to show Hun Sen and his wife saluting Nguyen Tan Dung was altered. The review says the original image shows Nguyen Tan Dung and Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao in Beijing in October 2008.
After all, Mallikarjun Kharge is also believing the same for Congress. The video is viral with this caption
