The claim
When Congress was in power at the Centre, Foreign Minister Salman Khurshid was busy only in dancing and singing. Whereas in the present BJP government, Foreign Minister S Jaishankar remains busy only in work.
Original publisher’s rating
Misleading. The viral video has been spread in the wrong context. This video is from the time when Salman Khurshid was not the Foreign Minister.
