The video attributes to Barack Obama’s memoir *A Promised Land* the assertion that India’s Congress government adopted lenient measures toward terrorists involved in the 2008 Mumbai attacks to appease Muslim voters. The review also describes a related allegation of a secret Congress agreement with Pakistani terrorist organizations. The excerpt does not establish that the woman is Russian-speaking, but it does address the same video and encounter. The investigation’s central check was geolocation. The dashcam footage is dated March 24, 2023, and the review places the filming at a crossroads southeast of Donetsk. It says geolocation experts independently verified the location and describes matching features in the video and map imagery: the shape and position of electricity pylons, as well as white objects visible beside the road.
