The claim
網傳「這次年改還有一個對現役遗眷更惡毒的條款：軍人因公殉職死亡，配偶領取半俸規定修改，兩條缺一不可，1.須結婚10年以上 2.配偶須55歲後始可領取」，經查： 軍人因公殉職死亡，給付遺族的撫卹金是依據《軍人撫卹條例》，其中並未有配偶結婚時間、請領年齡之限制。此傳言為「錯誤」訊息。
