The review examined a video showing a boy offering namaz in a road while vehicles stop and then proceed. The claim it checked was that the footage showed an incident in India. Its conclusion was that the video was most likely filmed in Dubai, not India, so the footage did not establish the claimed Indian setting. To investigate the location, the review traced a longer version of the same video that had circulated earlier and found the video on the Facebook profile of the same user who had posted it on TikTok. The review says that both profiles listed the user’s location as Dubai. It also examined details visible in the footage: a food-delivery worker’s clothing and logo, a security guard’s uniform and Arabic text, and vehicle registration plates. The review compared the delivery clothing and logo with images described as belonging to Talabat, a service operating in the United Arab Emirates, and connected the guard’s similar uniform to Arkan, a security company operating in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. It also noted that the visible plates resembled Dubai plates. These clues support the review’s conclusion about the video’s location; they do not show that the event happened in India.
