Vídeo gravado pelo monsenhor Kelmon, conhecido como Padre Kelmon, que foi candidato à Presidência da República em 2022 pelo PTB, atualmente filiado ao PL, no qual ele afirma que o Ministério dos Povos Indígenas (MPI) teria entregado a gestão de 14% do território nacional, onde estão terras indígenas demarcadas, a uma empresa. A suposta concessão ao setor privado teria ocorrido durante o Fórum Econômico Mundial, em Davos, na Suíça. Kelmon argumenta que a transferência da administração representaria uma ameaça à soberania nacional, pois mais de um milhão de quilômetros quadrados de territórios indígenas passariam a ser controlados por uma empresa privada.
