The review says the video is instead from Tej Pratap’s wedding ceremony in May 2018, so it does not show a celebration of the later political realignment. To investigate, FACTLY reports that it reverse-searched screenshots from the circulated video. That search found a video with similar visuals posted by Zee Bihar Jharkhand on 12 May 2018 and described as Tejashwi dancing at his brother’s wedding. The review also says other news channels published the video with similar descriptions in May 2018. The review identifies an additional provenance clue: Tejashwi posted the same video on his official Twitter account on 12 May 2018, accompanying it with a message referring to his brother’s wedding. It also reports that Tej Pratap married Aishwarya Rai on that date. Taken together, the earlier publication, Tejashwi’s own post, and the wedding chronology identify the footage as wedding dancing—not as recent footage of a response to Nitish Kumar’s political move.
