The claim concerns whether Prime Minister Narendra Modi initiated the Centralized Public Grievance Redress and Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) after assuming office in 2014. The review identifies CPGRAMS as the system referred to by the viral post and says the post also showed a woman describing a complaint she had filed and resolved through the portal. Its central finding is that the system predates Modi’s first term as prime minister. The review reports that CPGRAMS was developed by the National Informatics Centre in association with the Directorate of Public Grievances and the Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances, and that the online system launched in June 2007. It also traces the underlying public-grievance petition scheme to 2002. These dates place both the scheme and the portal before Modi took office in 2014, contradicting the claim that he initiated the portal upon assuming office. The review describes two pieces of supporting evidence: an archived image showing the portal on 13 December 2007, and a Lok Sabha response dated 5 February 2014. The claim concerns a video circulated as showing Prime Minister Narendra Modi receiving an underwhelming welcome during his visit to France. FACTLY says the clip shows Modi being welcomed by a female foreign government official, but identifies it as an edited excerpt from his arrival in Paris on 13 July 2023. The review reports that French Prime Minister Elisabeth Borne received him at the airport, where he was also given a ceremonial welcome and guard of honour. To check the video’s provenance, the review says it searched using relevant keywords and found the same video on Modi’s official YouTube channel, published on 13 July 2023. It also says it found an extended version there. According to FACTLY, that longer footage shows Borne receiving Modi followed by the ceremonial welcome and guard of honour. This provides context omitted from the circulated excerpt: the clip showed only part of the arrival ceremony, rather than establishing that the welcome as a whole was underwhelming.

The review says that this wording prompted posts claiming Harris supported reducing the population and linking the remark to the UN’s Agenda 2030. It rates the claim “Falta contexto.” (S1) The review compares the viral wording with the White House transcript of Harris’s remarks. It reports that the transcript records “population” but crosses it out and places “[pollution]” in brackets instead. The review explains that the English words sound similar and that Harris misspoke, saying “population” in place of “pollution.” This supports the conclusion that the clip captures a verbal slip, not a stated policy proposal to reduce the population. (S1) The review also says it searched the transcript for “agenda,” “2030” and “agenda 2030,” and checked the speech’s contents. It found no reference to the UN plan and no discussion of ideas about population size. The speech, as described in the review, focused on announcing $20 billion in federal funding for clean-energy projects in disadvantaged communities and addressing climate change. The claim concerns a purported Handelsblatt cover showing Volodymyr Zelensky chasing an open NATO door, with a cartoon of NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg in the background. The review identifies the image as a cover supposedly for the weekend of 14–16 July and describes its accompanying line as a criticism of Zelensky’s intellectual abilities. It then checks the alleged cover against Handelsblatt’s published covers, rather than treating the circulated image itself as proof of publication.
