The claim concerns a short clip presented as Joe Biden saying, “we cannot win this re-election” and “we can only re-elect Donald Trump.” The review identifies the footage as a speech from March 2020 outside the National WWI Museum and Memorial in Kansas City, Missouri, when Biden was seeking the Democratic presidential nomination. It reports that the clip omitted the end of his sentence, making his remarks sound like an endorsement of Trump rather than a warning about Democratic infighting. The review concludes that the posts’ presentation was misleading: “影片未有收錄拜登言論的後半句「假如我們真的參與這種內鬥」，改變了其發言原意。” The review says it found a Reuters fact-check about the same video by searching for fact-check reports on the quoted remarks. It then points to a FOX4 News Kansas City Facebook livestream linked in Reuters’ report, locating Biden’s full remarks in the video. In the complete sentence, Biden said he could only re-elect Trump “if in fact we get engaged in this circular firing squad here”—that is, if Democrats engaged in infighting. The review reproduces the surrounding remarks about turning the primary from negative attacks toward positive campaigning and concludes that the omitted condition changes the clip’s meaning, rather than showing Biden telling voters that Trump was their only choice.

The claim concerns a video said to show people at Al-Aqsa Mosque celebrating Recep Tayyip Erdoğan’s victory in Türkiye’s 2023 presidential election. The review describes the video as being presented on social media as a current celebration, then says its investigation found that the footage was not recent: “Mescid-i Aksa’da bir araya gelen topluluğun Recep Tayyip Erdoğan’ın Cumhurbaşkanlığı zaferini kutladığı iddia edildi” and “Mescid-i Aksa’da çekilen video güncel değil.” (S1) To trace the footage, the review says it examined the TikTok logo visible in the video, searched using the account name shown there, and found that the same video had been posted by @ferdi1667 on 10 May 2021. That earlier post predates the 2023 election celebrations and is the review’s key evidence against the claim that the clip depicts those celebrations: “Videoda yer alan TikTok logosu aslında videonun TikTok’ta @ferdi1667 adlı kullanıcı tarafından paylaşıldığını gösteriyor” and “Söz konusu video TikTok’ta 10 Mayıs 2021 tarihinde paylaşılmış.” (S1) The review also notes that Erdoğan slogans can be heard in the video, but says its search using a still from the footage and its date found reports connecting those slogans to a different context: statements by Erdoğan expressing support for the Palestinian people.
