イスラエル兵がハマスの航空機をミサイル攻撃

Publisher’s rating: 誤り

The review found that the video purporting to show Israeli soldiers shooting down a Hamas aircraft was not real combat footage: it used footage from the military game ARMA 3. It notes that a similar clip had been posted to YouTube in March 2023 with the “#ARMA3” hashtag. [S1]

ハマスがイスラエルにパラシュートで侵入した

Publisher’s rating: 誤り

The review says videos circulated as showing Hamas parachuting into Israel were filmed at different times and places and were unrelated to the October 2023 fighting. It cites evidence that one video was filmed at an Egyptian military college and that another had been posted before the fighting began.

Este video de dos helicópteros abatidos muestra imágenes de la guerra entre Hamas e Israel.

Publisher’s rating: Falso

The review investigated a Facebook video posted with text suggesting that it showed Hamas attacking Israel on October 7, 2023. The footage depicts two helicopters taking off, deploying flares, being hit and crashing. The review’s conclusion is that the video is not footage of that conflict: it comes from the combat simulator Arma 3. To trace the clip, the investigators searched YouTube using English keywords meaning “Arma 3 two helicopters shot down.” They found the analyzed video on the Kazinkka Warrior channel. Its description said it was uploaded on October 3, four days before the attack began, and that it was “not representative of reality” but a simulation. The channel profile also said its videos were created in the Arma 3 game editor. Together, the earlier upload and the creator’s description identify the footage as a game simulation rather than images of the later war.
