There is 51% support for a united Ireland.
Original publisher’s rating
INACCURATE. The figure of 51% misapplies people surveyed who are “don’t knows” or “would not vote”. Actual figure for “Northern Ireland to leave the UK and join the Republic of Ireland” is 44% of all respondents; for those who expressed a preference, 47.3%. Meanwhile, other polls show that there is no majority for a united Ireland.
