The video combines footage of Florence’s Easter Sunday “Explosion of the Cart” with fireworks from a Rammstein concert, rather than showing the Paris 2024 Olympic torch lighting. The review notes that the Olympic flame is traditionally lit in Olympia, Greece, before being carried to the host city.[S1]
Additional context
Florence’s event features a firework-laden chariot placed between the Baptistery and Cathedral; the review describes the fuse being lit during the singing of “Gloria in Excelsis Deo.” [S1]
