The viral video shows Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge saying that Rahul Gandhi will never become Prime Minister and referring to an eagle in the sky as a buffalo.

Original review summary

The review says the clip omits context: Kharge’s remark about Rahul Gandhi becoming Prime Minister was conditional on the party being weak, while the eagle-and-buffalo line was a dig at the BJP. It identifies the speech as a public meeting in Raipur on 07 July 2025.[S1]
