The viral video shows a Muslim man being beaten by Sikhs for performing Islamic ablution in the sacred sarovar of the Golden Temple in Amritsar.

Original review summary

FACTLY says the assault video is unrelated to the Golden Temple incident. It identifies the man as Suresh Rishi Jindal, who was confronted after a derogatory post about Guru Gobind Singh, and says the video predates Subhan Rangreez’s visit to the Golden Temple.[S1]
