The video shows Pakistan-origin Mohammad Altamas who was roaming with a knife in the U.S., and police shot him after he refused to surrender.

Original review summary

The review identifies the man in the video as Jesus Crosby, shot by Albuquerque police on 10 November 2022—not Mohammad Altamas. It says Crosby was holding nail clippers with an extended file that officers mistook for a knife. [S1][S1]
