The claim
The video shows External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar saying that India lost three Rafale jets to Pakistan.
Original review summary
The review finds that the viral clip was edited: the line about losing three Rafale jets was digitally added and was not part of Jaishankar’s original interview. It says the original interview instead has him describe Pakistan’s attack and the subsequent call from Mr. Rubio.[S1]
