The SJB published AI-generated photos to show people who were not at its May Day rally.

Original review summary

The review found that an image posted by SJB MP Jagath Withanage had been edited with AI, which distorted lettering on a sign. However, it says the people and background matched the authenticated rally photo and that the scene was consistent with live footage, rather than showing people who were not at the rally.[S1]
