The claim
The person standing to the right of Rahul Gandhi in this photo is Shivraj Motegaonkar, owner of RCC Coaching Centre and an accused in the NEET paper leak case.
Original review summary
The review says the photo was taken at an election rally in Latur on 8 October 2014, and identifies the person beside Rahul Gandhi as Amit Vilasrao Deshmukh, not Shivraj Motegaonkar. It says the photo description and a comparison of the two men’s photographs support that identification.[S1]
