The NETGEAR CM700 is not approved for use by Altice Optimum. Anyways, the CM700 should also be avoided at all costs due to it being built with the poor Intel Puma 6 Chipset. This Chipset has caused a lot of latency issues. The Puma 6 Chipset is even the subject of a class-action lawsuit.
