The claim
the day of parliamentary election in Georgia, a Facebook user Tea Pirtskhalava published a photo of Condoleezza Rice, the former Secretary of State of the United States. On the picture, Rice is wearing a shirt that displays number 41, while the caption says “It’s My Team. Georgian Dream”. Pirtskhalava herself captioned the photo “Thunder-Photo from Washington”.

The disseminated post is a photomanipulation. In fact, the photo was taken in 2012 within a National Football League (NFL) campaign “It’s my team”. Rice’s shirt actually displays number 16, not 41, and she supports Cleveland Browns, not the Georgian Dream.
