Original review summary

The review says the interaction was an unscripted joke between Janja and the military officer, not a staged handoff for social media. It identifies the dog as Resistência and says the video was recorded on May 18 at Brasília Air Base during an event sending donations for pets affected by floods in Rio Grande do Sul.[S1]
