The claim
Lula rouba cachorro de uma criança!
Original review summary
The video is a montage: footage of Lula speaking with a girl and holding her puppy was overlaid with audio from a 2021 podcast interview. In the interview, Lula was talking about wanting to steal an apple as a child, not the dog.[S1]
