The claim

Kamala Harris can't serve as vice-president because of her parents' immigration status

Rating

This is false. Ms Harris was born in the United States, to a Jamaican father and Indian mother, in Oakland, California. Anyone born in the US is a US citizen and therefore, she is eligible to serve as president or vice-president.
