The claim
In UP’s Muzaffarnagar, a Muslim youth named Nadeem was brutally beaten by a mob in Fulat village on 4 March, his hands & legs tied with rope. Instead of taking action against the accused, cops made the victim sit in the police station for hours, his family members alleged.
