Größtenteils richtig. Es gibt noch nicht "überall" einen Fachkräftemangel. Aber Experten gehen davon aus, dass er kommen wird. Selbst wenn Arbeitslose, Ältere und Frauen mehr beziehungsweise länger arbeiten würden, könnte das den Fachkräftemangel zwar abfedern – aber ohne Zuwanderung geht es nicht.
