Website dwirenews.net cited a "CNN interview with Garin" as its source of information. However, CNN International has not published any article mentioning Janette Garin. CNN Philippines, on the other hand, has published 20 articles mentioning "Garin" as of June 19, 2019. But only 3 of these are related to PhilHealth. None of these articles mentioned Hontiveros.
