The claim

Dear Modi ji, The Tamil Nadu government does not endorse Hindi. Next time, when they ask for funds, kindly issue them a check written in Tamil. 1. They will be exposed if they ask to change it to English. 2. If they accept it, your crores are safe in the bank, as no bank will encash it.
