An image showing a portrait photo of a former opposition leader, Sam Rainy, placed on the car was posted by a Facebook user along with the claim that he has already passed away. The claim has been widely shared on social media platforms and reacted to by Khmer-speaking Facebook users. However, we found the claim is false.
