An announcement posted on the Official Gazette said Feb. 24 was declared as a special non working day in lieu of Feb. 25, a Saturday. The Department of Labor and Employment Bureau of Working Conditions also said Proclamation No. 167 "just moved the special non-working day from Feb. 25" and, therefore, Feb. 25 is "an ordinary working day."
