The claim
A viral video shows Bihar minister Ashok Choudhary calling Nitish Kumar mentally unstable and criticising him.
Original review summary
FACTLY says the viral clip is incomplete and out of context: Choudhary was quoting and criticising opposition remarks, not making them about Nitish Kumar. The review says the longer video was posted by DD News Bihar on 11 April 2026 and includes the viral portion.[S1]
