A viral video depicting a billboard falling and hitting vehicles on the street was widely posted by users. It was attached with a claim that it happened in Svay Rieng province, Cambodia. The post has been shared and reacted to with mixed comments from Facebook users who are speaking Khmer. However, after running a Google Reverse Image search, it proves that the video attached to the claim above is false.
