A photo depicting suspects arrested for killing a victim in Takeo province was posted recently, depicting all of them laughing. It was reacted to with mixed comments and shared by many Facebook users who are speaking Khmer. However, running a Google Reverse Image search proves that the photo posted above is digitally altered.
