The claim
A man speaking to the media in a viral video is one of the accused in the Baba Siddique murder case.
Original review summary
The review identifies the man in the video as Yogesh Kumar, associated with the Bishnoi gang and arrested in connection with the murder of Delhi gym owner Nadir Shah. It says Kumar was not among the ten suspects arrested in the Baba Siddique murder case, so the video does not show one of that case’s accused. Supporting excerpts: “identifying the individual in the video as Yogesh alias Raju, associated with the Lawrence Bishnoi-Hashim Baba gang and arrested in connection with the murder of Nadir Shah, a gym owner in Delhi”; “Yogesh Kumar, who appears in a viral video, is not among those detained.”[S1]
