Original review summary

The review found that the viral photo shows the Vijayawada Ambedkar statue under construction in 2023, not a statue being built in China; the Vijayawada statue was inaugurated in January 2024. It also reports that parts of a separate 450-foot statue under construction in Mumbai are being imported from China.[S1]
