The claim

13 men who beheaded Melavalavu Murugesan a Dalit Panchayat leader for winning a reserve seat are being released by the DMK government. Murugesan was killed along with five more Dalit Panchayat members while travelling in a bus and their heads were rolled down for two km by the Thevar caste perpetrators. Murugesan belonged to DMK. In its desperate attempt to appease the Thevar caste group DMK had already released three main convicts a few years back and the rest this time ,on "Good conduct" basis. What a fucking mockery of social justice!
